Literally the only place that sells styrofoam with a 12 inch width that fits my insect shadowboxes perfectly (after I cut off the extra 36 inch length, the case is 16 inches long). You seriously have no idea how grateful I am, even online only 11 inches exists and people reselling the 12x36 want $32 for it, I can't remember the exact price in store but it's not more than $20.

As it was so close to Christmas I expected limited items but the Rockwall store still provided a good selection. The cashiers were very helpful even reminding me about coupon offers available. I purchased a beautiful wreath regularly$100 for less than $40 and other non holiday accessories. I'll definitely be back to this location.

Slaps every time. Our favorite place to frolic and shop. We always find something to purchase or give us ideas for our crafts. Never a dull moment and there is always something to find here.

Super friendly staff with a slightly busted bathroom.
The girl who helped me was so nice. And it was fun to go with my family to just look around at all the fall stuff.
The only downfall was the bathroom. It was a little dirty (public bathroom, it's whatever) but above the toilet there was a funny little sign. It said slow.... Just keep flushing.

Phyllis is the absolute best cashier and goes above and beyond for her customers. The store was clean, neat, and easily accessible. They have a good selection on baking equipment and tools as well. I definitely will be coming back!

Friendly and helpful. Learned from an employee how to use my cellphone to find rewards and coupons. Came home and got my account squared away with their phone helper. So I got online the next week and spent over $120 more cause they are so eager to please and their products are good quality with bargains available!

Michaels is always fun to be in, but their Halloween section is simply the best! I love this arts and crafts store more than any other 10/10 and friendly staff too!

The store manager helped me and he was great!!! I bought alot of stuff and he even took it to the front and helped me load it in my truck. Wish there where more people like this. I love Michaels just wish we had one in Wylie. It would be great for all the towns around here, we have grown so much.

Very clean and the product and aisles are very organized. The staff is fairly knowledgeable regarding the product lines they carry and where in store things are located. There were amazing sales going on this past weekend in almost every aisle but the yarn clearance and sale were awesome and I loved seeing their entire collection of strung beads on sale for just 2.99 each! My only complaint is that I did not have more money to spend.... but that's really not Michael's fault. Awesome job guys and I love hearing about the partnership with yarnspiration! I can't wait to learn more!

I love this store. I mostly use their buy online and pick up in store which is so simple and easy. The store staff makes the process even easier than it already is. They have great coupons and great products. The staff are always very sweet, kind and helpful.
